We will not change the order of the initials. Make it Personal will produce the Monogram exactly as you have entered it in the font shown for the item ordered. Example of Monogram: John Allen Magnuson will be JMA (the "M" will be slightly larger than the J and A) Once your order is received, it will be considered in processing as we do process orders quite quickly. Once your order is in processing, any changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25 per order. Changes include, but are not limited to, personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages..etc. Once an order is in processing, the purchaser cannot cancel the order. Please place gift orders 3 weeks prior to the event date to avoid rush shipping charges. Please keep in mind that personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
