When will I receive my order? TOP
Your order will be shipped out approximately 3 business days after your payment has cleared. Transit time is approximately 10-15 business days via UPS Ground for domestic shipments. Overseas shipments will take longer. Please contact us for more information.
For our Children's Clothing line, we do ship via USPS. Your order will be shipped out within the 3 business days as stated above, and the transit time is 10-15 business days for domestic shipments. Some of the personalized children's items may take longer. Please contact me for more information.
Our bedding line is shipped via UPS. These items are shipped out within 15 business days and transit time is approximately 15-21 business days. We do have some bedding that does require up to 6 weeks for delivery as they are special order items. These items are custom made to order and are manufactured as the orders come in. This is stated in the listing.
Some of our personalized gift items do require up to 2 weeks for delivery. This will be stated in each individual listing.
What is your return policy? TOP
At Pumpkin Builders we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase from us.
If you have a problem or question regarding your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with detailed information regarding the problem and /or question and we will contact you within 2 business days with specific instructions.
Please note, if the merchandise needs to be returned to us, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Item must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and must be in original packaging with all contents intact. Most items will need an RA number before they can be returned so please do not return an item without contacting us first.
Upon receipt of item, and after we inspect item and find it to be in acceptable condition, we will refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee.
If item is defective, there will be no restocking fee.
Please check your paperwork to see if your item contains a guarantee or warranty. If so, please follow instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. Please still contact us, so we can make record of the problem.
If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately as all items are shipped insured.
For the personalized children's clothing the sales are final as the items are carefully inspected before shipment, so please be sure you order the correct size, color and spell the names correctly. Please feel free to contact us with any questions before you purchase and we will be more than happy to help you chose a size, color, etc.
For our bedding line, please contact us for specific instructions. These items are mostly special order items and can only be replaced if there is a manufacturer defect.
For our Unique Aroma and Forget Me Not candle lines, please contact us for the detailed return policy.
For our personalized gifts, all sales are final as they have been specially engraved for you. Please double check all spelling and sizing before you order. We are not responsible for customer sending us the wrong engraved information.We have included specific instructions for ordering personalized gift items within each listing. If you do receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt for further details.

What Payment Methods do you Accept? TOP
We accept Google Checkout, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We will also accept Paypal. Just contact us and we will send you an invoice through Paypal.
We also accept money orders and cashiers' checks through the mail, just use the check out feature and mark money order or cashiers' check.
We will then process your order once we receive your money order or cashiers' check.

We ship anywhere in the Continental US with a physical address, no p.o. boxes please.
If you are interested in purchasing from us and live outside of the Continental US, please contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you. We will give you an estimated delivery date and shipping cost. Are All of Your Items in Stock? TOP
All items are in stock when they are added to our site. If an item is sold out, it will state this next to the order button.
We have many items available on this site and we do our best to keep up to date with inventory, but we are human and we sometimes can miss an item that has gone on back order.
If you do purchase an item from us and for some reason the item is not available, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, an opportunity to choose a comparable item, or an opportunity to cancel the sale for a full refund. |
